The information we receive

• Contact form: your name, your phone number or email, and your message.
• Request for access to the knowledge base: your name, your company (optional), your email, your WhatsApp number, your profile ("You are"), the reason for your request and the password you choose. The password is stored in an irreversibly encrypted form: no one at Qastor can read it.
• Where your visit comes from, attached to your submission: the language of the page, the page of the form, the first page you viewed, the site you came from and, where relevant, the parameters of the campaign that brought you (for instance a social media post). Your browser keeps these details during the visit; they only reach us if you send a form.

Why

To answer you, to review and follow up your access request, and to know which contents and campaigns bring requests. This information is neither sold nor used for advertising.

Legal basis

Your consent, given by sending the form (and, for the access request, by ticking the box provided).

Who has access

The members of the Qastor team in charge of handling requests, and the site's host ([to be completed]) for storage. When we answer you on WhatsApp, the exchange goes through that service, under its own terms.

How long

• Contact messages: three years after our last exchange.
• Refused access requests: one year after the decision, after which the inactive account is deleted.
• Approved accounts: as long as the account remains open.

Your rights

You may ask to access your information, to have it corrected or deleted, and object to its processing on legitimate grounds. Write to us through the contact form. You may also refer the matter to the CNDP, the Moroccan data protection authority.

Cookies

The site sets no advertising or audience measurement cookies. YouTube videos only load if you click on them, from the youtube-nocookie.com domain. Where your visit comes from is kept in your browser's session storage, which is cleared when you close the tab.
